Refund policy

Our 14-day return policy states that you have 14 days from the date you receive an item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can proceed directly through your customer account by selecting the order and the items you wish to return, or alternatively, contact us at info@musubiofficial.com.

If the return is accepted, you will need to arrange and pay for the shipping to return the products. Returns must be shipped to the following address: via Bel Poggio 3/e, Imola (BO). Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and ensure it is resolved.

 

Replacements
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

 

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As noted above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
